Abstract
La invención provee un lingote revestido para trabajar en caliente procesos de deformación plástica para la producción de productos revestidos, incluyendo, pero sin limitarse a, tubo y tubería revestidos por extrusión de un lingote mixto, hueco, de dos componentes, que tiene un componente estructural completamente denso y un componente parcialmente denso de una aleación especial en una fracción de porosidad predeterminada para proveer un esfuerzo de flujo compatible con el del componente estructural; los componentes son unidos por difusión a la fracción de porosidad predeterminada en el componente especial al aplicar calor y presión con el tiempo, incluyendo prensar isostáticamente en caliente los componentes del lingote; se pueden usar técnicas de modelado por computadora para determinar condiciones de procesamiento para obtener compatibilidad de esfuerzo de flujo.
