Abstract

Verfahren zur Herstellung eines endlosen, dreidimensionalen geschlossenen Faserverbundwerkstoff-Halbzeugs aus mindestens einem ebenen, flächigen Faser-Vorformling. Das Verfahren zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass der flächige Faser-Vorformling zunächst flächig abgelegt und zur Herstellung einer lastfallgerechten Faserorientierung ausgerichtet wird und anschließend zu einer dreidimensionalen Struktur verformt wird. In einem letzten Schritt erfolgt dann das Schließen der dreidimensionalen Struktur zu dem geschlossen Halbzeug.
