Abstract

La invención se refiere a un método continuo para producir amidas de ácidos carboxílicos aromáticos, mediante el cual por lo menos un ácido carboxílico aromático de fórmula (I), Ar-COOH, en donde Ar es un radical alquilo opcionalmente sustituido que comprende entre 5 y 20 átomos, por lo menos con una amina de la fórmula (II), HNR1R2, en donde R1 y R2 son independientemente hidrógeno o un grupo hidrocarburo que comprende entre 1 y 100 átomos de carbono, para formar una sal de amonio, y se hace reaccionar luego dicha sal de amonio para formar una carboxamida, bajo irradiación de microondas en un tubo de reacción, el eje longitudinal del tubo estando orientado en la dirección de propagación de las microondas de un aplicador de microondas de modo único.
