Abstract
La presente descripción se relaciona con un método para fabricar un catéter en donde un cuerpo de catéter de lumen doble y por lo menos un miembro de punta distal se fabrican por separado y por lo menos un miembro de punta distal posteriormente se ensambla al cuerpo de catéter de lumen doble. Los componentes se pueden ensamblar utilizando un procedimiento de calentamiento o de manera alternativa utilizando adhesivos.

La presente descripción se relaciona con u elaborar un catéter de lumen múltiple cularmente, con un método para fabricar un ca múltiple que tiene una sección de punta separad
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
Los catéteres para suministrar y/o extraer o y/o desde el cuerpo son bien conocidos en la t eden utilizar para suministro de medicación, ex rina y tratamiento de sangre, por ejemplo hemod nombran algunos. Un problema asociado con los catéteres de umen múltiple es el potencial para recircula e desde el extremo distal del lumen venoso a tr mo distal del lumen arterial. DESCRIPCIÓN DETALLADA DE LA INVENCIÓN
Las modalidades del método descrito act la elaboración de catéteres de lumen múltiple c ida ahora se describirá con detalle con referene as en donde números de referencia similares ntos idénticos o correspondientes en cada una sas vistas.
Las modalidades ejemplares del catéter des resente se presentan en términos de catéteres la administración de fluidos (extracción o intro elación al cuerpo del sujeto y, de manera más par érminos de un catéter ara hemodiálisis . No obs
er se puede utilizar para administración de como, por ejemplo, medicación, solución salina, rales, sangre y orina.
En la descripción que sigue, el término "p asero" se referirá a la porción de una estructur ntra más cercana al médico mientras que el al" o "delantero" se referirá a una porción da del médico. La figura 1 y la figura 2 ilustran el catét múltiple el cual se fabrica utilizando el m cación descrito en lo siguiente. El catéter 10 uerpo 12 de catéter alargado el cual define u
nectada a lo largo del eje longitudinal del ca a que los miembros de punta se pueden mover se en relación entre sí. El primer miembro 20a e un eje 24 longitudinal y el segundo miembro define un segundo eje 26 longitudinal. Claims (1)
- REIVINDICACIONES Habiéndose descrito la invención como a eclama como propiedad lo contenido en las si indicaciones : 1. Un método para fabricar un catéter iple que tiene una configuración de punta s cterizado porque comprende las siguientes etapa i) fabricar un cuerpo de catéter de lum tiene un extremo proximal y un extremo dista ne un primer lumen y un segundo lumen, el c ter de lumen doble define un primer eje longitu ii) fabricar un primer miembro de punt define una primera porción de lumen distal; y iii) ensamblar el primer miembro de punt el extremo distal del cuerpo catéter de lumen blado incluye utilizar calor para asegurar el ro de punta distal al extremo distal del er de lumen doble. 4. El método de conformidad c indicación 1, caracterizado porque el primer unta distal define un segundo eje longitudi la etapa de ensamblado incluye colocar el longitudinal del miembro de punta distal en u relación con el primer eje longitudinal del c ter de lumen doble, en donde el ángulo ß es ma os . 5. El método de conformidad c indicación 17, caracterizado porque la etapa ica incluye colocar un primer tubo de enco ndicación 19, caracterizado porque la etapa d camente incluye colocar un primer mandril mo distal del primer lumen del cuerpo de caté ra porción de lumen distal, y colocar un il en el extremo distal del segundo lumen del atéter y la segunda porción de lumen distal a ar energía térmica al primero y segundo t imiento .
