Abstract

La aplicación de pulsos a líquido que es inyectado en pozos hace que la formación de tierra/líquida sea más homogénea, y más penetrativa. Se describe un sistema para crear automáticamente los pulsos, en los cuales un pistón es accionado por la diferencial de presión (PDAF) entre la presión suministrada del acumulador y la presión de formación. Los niveles de modificación del PDAF a medida que la válvula de pulsos se abre (y PDAF se reduce) y como la válvula de pulsos se cierra (y PDAF se eleva) se sujetan para accionar un inhibidor que refrene el movimiento del pistón de válvula, y retarda la apertura y/o el cerrado de la válvula de pulsos. La válvula de pulsos se diseña para abrirse de forma explosiva, y crea así ondas penetrantes de porosidad en la formación. El sistema incluye un acumulador de gas presurizado, y válvula de retención de inyección que puede mantener la pulsación incluso cuando la tierra no se satura, y el inyector estático, permite la inyección no pulsada solamente cuando la tierra está insaturada.
