Abstract

La invención se refiere a un procedimiento de mejoramiento de las propiedades de protección contra el agrietado de composiciones lubricantes para transmisión que contienen compuestos de azufre y de azufre-fósforo con una etapa de inserción, en la composición lubricante para transmisión inicial, compuestos (c) que reducen en al menos un 5% el contenido másico de azufre activo determinado por la norma ASTM D1662 en la composición final. La invención también se refiere a una composición lubricante que contiene: (a) del 60 al 90 % en peso de uno o varios aceite de base, de origen mineral, sintético o natural, (b) al menos un aditivo de fósforo o de azufre-fósforo antidesgaste y de extrema presión, (c) al menos un aditivo de azufre antidesgaste y de extrema presión, en la que: - la relación entre el contenido másico del elemento azufre, determinado según la norma ASTM D2622, y el contenido másico del elemento fósforo, determinado según la norma ASTM D5185, SIP, de dicha composición lubricante, está comprendida entre 20 y 40, de preferencia entre 25 y 35; -la relación entre el contenido másico de azufre activo a 150°C, determinado según la norma ASTM D1662, y el contenido másico del elemento azufre, determinado según la norma ASTM D5185, S activo/S, de dicha composición lubricante es inferior a 0.34, preferentemente inferior a 0.33.
