Abstract
Cuando ocurre una falla de transferencia y/o se anticipa que va a ocurrir, una célula optimizada puede ser seleccionada y el equipo de usuario se puede transferir a la célula optimizada; esta célula optimizada puede diferir de una célula previa con base en varios factores tales como la interferencia anticipada y el equilibrio de carga; una vez que se tiene una identificación de una falla de transferencia, una célula puede retornar a una frecuencia previa y se puede determinar una célula apropiada; la instrucción de la célula que debiera ser utilizada puede ser determinada por el equipo de usuario así como a partir de una entidad de red.
