Abstract
Se provee fibra de refuerzo natural a base de celulosa o sint?tica corta para compuestos de pol?meros de forma que se alimente uniformemente en un proceso de formaci?n de compuesto tal que se realiza en un extrusor de tornillo simple o doble o mezclador en lotes de doble brazo utilizando equipo de medici?n volum?trico o gravim?trico. Una vez que se alimenta al proceso de formaci?n de compuestos, la fibra de refuerzo se dispersa y se distribuye uniformemente en una resma de matriz. Las fibras de refuerzo en forma de haces de fibras cortadas con una composici?n final que recubre las fibras y forma enlaces de inter-fibra fugitiva dentro de cada haz de fibra cortada. Esto proporciona coherencia inter-fibras tal que los haces de fibras cortadas pueden alimentarse uniformemente v?a un dispositivo alimentador de tornillo con p?rdida de volumen o p?rdida de peso hacia un proceso de formaci?n de compuestos.
