Abstract

Para llevar a cabo el secado de una tinta de impresión con el uso de vapor de secado de alta temperatura de nano-tamaño. El vapor de secado de alta temperatura de nano-tamaño se acumula en el dispositivo Nano y se genera y se impulsa con chorro al lado impreso del material impreso para que el vapor de secado de alta temperatura de nano-tamaño imparta energía vibratoria intramolecular a la tinta en el lacio de impresión. En consecuencia, el vapor de secado de alta temperatura de nano-tamaño que se acumula en el dispositivo Nano no solamente pasa a través de los poros de la fibra en el material impreso, sino que también choca con la tinta en el lado impreso. El vapor de secado de alta temperatura de nano-tamaño que ha chocado con la tinta en el lado impreso imparte energía térmicamente excitada como energía vibratoria intramolecular a la tinta que contiene moléculas polares. La tinta se seca por la energía intramolecular.
