Abstract

La presente invención tiene por objeto un producto extruido, especialmente un tubo, hecho de una aleación de la composición (% en peso): Si: 0.30, Fe < 0.30, Cu c 0.05, Mn: < 0.5 - 1.2, Mg 0.5 - 1.0, Zn < 0.20, Cr < 0.10 - 0.30, Ti < 0.05, Zr < 0.05, Ni < 0.05, otros < 0.05 cada uno y < 0.15 en total, el resto es aluminio. La invención tiene igualmente por objeto un proceso de fabricación de los tubos extruidos de esta composición que comprende la colada de un lingote, eventualmente su homogeneización, la extrusión de un tubo, el estirado de este tubo en una o varias pasadas y el recocido de manera continua a una temperatura comprendida entre 350 y 500 °C con un aumento de la temperatura de al menos 10 segundos. Los tubos según la invención son utilizados ventajosamente para los sistemas de climatización del habitáculo de los vehículos automotrices utilizando el C02 como el gas refrigerante.
