Abstract
Se describe un dispositivo de radiación ultravioleta. El dispositivo comprende una porción base, una pluralidad de estructuras semiconductoras conectadas con la porción base y un elemento transparente de radiación ultravioleta conectado con la pluralidad de estructuras semiconductoras.
