Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una tableta o forma de dosificación comprimida, para administración por vía oral, de desintegración rápida, que contiene etilcelulosa (EC) como aglutinante para compresión directa, el cual mejora la robustez de la tableta, tal y como se manifiesta por su mejor resistencia, menor friabilidad, menor higroscopicidad y todavía, no obstante su naturaleza hidrófoba, no retarda el tiempo de desintegración, sino lo acorta, o tiene un tiempo de desintegración neutro cuando se co-formula con agentes desintegrantes y otros excipientes solubles en agua, como los alcoholes de azúcar.
