Abstract

Un método para la producción de una célula solar (20) a partir de un sustrato de silicio (4), se aplica en primer lugar una primera capa anti-reflexión (2, 5) que tiene un índice de refracción óptica n entre 3,6 y 3,9 a la parte delantera y a la parte trasera. A continuación se aplica encima una segunda capa anti-reflexión (1, 6), que tiene un índice de refracción óptica n entre 1,94 y 2,1. Las capas anti-reflexión (1, 2, 5, 6) son cortadas hacia abajo hasta el sustrato de silicio (4) con el fin de insertar contactos metálicos (7, 9) hasta el interior del sustrato de silicio (4).
