Abstract
Se describe un método para controlar recepción discontínua en una unidad transmisora/receptora inalámbrica que define una pluralidad de niveles de DRX, en donde cada nivel de DRX incluye una duración de ciclo de DRX respectiva y realización de transiciones entre los niveles de DRX en base en criterios establecidos. Las transiciones se pueden activar por reglas implícitas.
