Abstract
Una bomba de pistón para un aspersor de mochila, que opera confiablemente sin daño debido a ralladura de la pared del cilindro de pistón por polvos tal como sólidos humectables, que tienden a ser abrasivos y rayar o raspar la pared de cilindro de pistón que es de material plástico. La bomba tiene un cilindro de pistón plástico. Un forro proporcionado por una manga de metal que no se somete a raspadura y es de grosor suficiente para mantener una forma cilíndrica de la pared de pistón. El sello del pistón se dirije hacia el forro de pared de pistón ya que el pistón alterna el bombeado del líquido de aspersión y partículas suspendidas en el mismo desde un tanque en una cámara de presión en el tanque, del cual se extrae líquido de aspersión de la cámara de presión para aspersión a través de una manguera y una boquilla de aspersión. La manga se moldea con inyección del plástico que proporciona la bomba de cilindro de pistón al montarse en un núcleo que tiene un paso que particularmente se traslapa en el borde de la manga. Con la inyección del plástico y enfriamiento del mismo en el molde, la manga se captura y sostiene contra el movimiento axial en el cilindro por un paso en el plástico que parcialmente se traslapa con el final de la manga. Preferiblemente la manga es metálica que es más dura que las partículas de líquido de aspersión, y de forma muy adecuada puede ser de acero inoxidable.
