本发明提供一种管道清洗装置，包括清洗箱、清洗管和搅拌棒，所述清洗管一端伸入清洗箱内，另一端设置有高压喷头，位于清洗箱外部的清洗管设置有一个连通的清水管；所述搅拌棒一端伸入清洗箱内，另一端通过皮带与电机连接。本发明直接把清洗剂、水和沙子的混合液通过高压喷头喷入管道中，在沙子的高速摩擦和清洗剂的作用下，实现管道的清洗；除了内表面是规则的圆柱管道外，还可以对内部结构非柱面管或管道通径较小的管道进行清洗。

技术领域
本发明属于管道清洗领域，尤其是涉及一种对管道内部进行清洗的装置。
背景技术
管道在生产过程中其内表面可能存在不均匀现象，即存在毛刺、砂等，在装配过程中，也可能进入灰尘、金属颗粒等杂质，因此在使用前需要对管道进行清洗。现有技术中工作人员一般采用一些辅助工具进行清洗，但对于内部结构非柱面管或管道通径较小的管道，如波纹管，很难将管道中的杂物或锈斑清洗赶紧。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种管道清洗装置，清除管道中的杂物或锈斑。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：一种管道清洗装置，包括清洗箱、清洗管和搅拌棒，所述清洗管一端伸入清洗箱内，另一端设置有高压喷头，位于清洗箱外部的清洗管设置有一个连通的清水管；所述搅拌棒一端伸入清洗箱内，另一端通过皮带与电机连接。
进一步，所述清洗管和清水管由水泵控制供水。
进一步，所述清洗箱内部装有清洗剂、水和沙子的混合液。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是：本发明直接把清洗剂、水和沙子的混合液通过高压喷头喷入管道中，在沙子的高速摩擦和清洗剂的作用下，实现管道的清洗；除了内表面是规则的圆柱管道外，还可以对内部结构非柱面管或管道通径较小的管道进行清洗。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施例做详细说明。
如图1所示的一种管道清洗装置，包括清洗箱1、清洗管5和搅拌棒2，所述清洗管5一端伸入清洗箱1内，另一端设置有高压喷头4，位于清洗箱4外部的清洗管5设置有一个连通的清水管3；所述搅拌棒2一端伸入清洗箱1内，另一端通过皮带与电机连接。
所述清洗管5和清水管3由水泵控制供水。
所述清洗箱1内部装有清洗剂、水和沙子的混合液。
本实施例的工作工程，首先在清洗箱1内放入清洗剂、水和沙子的混合液，然后启动电机，带动搅拌棒2转动，在混合液混合充分的前提下，由水泵控制清洗管5抽取混合液，由高压喷嘴4喷入管道中，在混合液中的清洗剂和沙子的高速摩擦作用下，清除管道中杂物或锈斑，关闭清洗管5，打开清水管3，采用清水冲洗管道中残留的沙子和其他杂质。

1.一种管道清洗装置，其特征在于：包括清洗箱(1)、清洗管(5)和搅拌棒(2)，所述清洗管(5)一端伸入清洗箱(1)内，另一端设置有高压喷头(4)，位于清洗箱(1)外部的清洗管(5)设置有一个连通的清水管(3)；所述搅拌棒(2)一端伸入清洗箱(1)内，另一端通过皮带与电机连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管道清洗装置，其特征在于：所述清洗管(5)和清水管(3)由水泵控制供水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的管道清洗装置，其特征在于：所述清洗箱(1)内部装有清洗剂、水和沙子的混合液。
