Abstract

Procedimiento de fabricación de un recipiente (2) por soplado en un molde (11) a partir de una pieza en bruto (3) de material plástico, que comprende las operaciones consistentes en: - introducción de la pieza en bruto (3) en el molde; - en un instante predeterminado, llamado señal de inicio del presoplado (tp), el accionamiento de la apertura de una electroválvula (22) para comunicar el interior de la pieza en bruto (3) con una fuente (20) de gas a una presión de presoplado predeterminada; - medición de la presión (P) en el interior de la pieza en bruto (3); - detección del instante (tA), llamado instante real de inicio del presoplado, en el que empieza a aumentar la presión (P) en la pieza en bruto (3); - comparación de ese instante (tA) con un instante teórico de inicio del presoplado; - si el instante real (tA) de inicio del presoplado es ulterior al instante teórico de inicio del presoplado, se adelanta la señal de inicio del presoplado (tp); - si el instante real (tA) de inicio del presoplado es anterior al instante teórico de inicio del presoplado, se retrasa la señal de inicio del presoplado (tP).
