Abstract
Un aparato de secado de materia pulverulenta y/o de tamaño de grano para el tratamiento de partículas minerales suspendidas, en donde por lo menos 90% en peso tienen un tamaño menor que 60mm, el aparato (30) está constituido principalmente de un tubo de gas sustancialmente vertical (1) con un flujo ascendente (Fa) suministrado con una entrada de gas en su base y proporcionado con una abertura inferior (2) y una abertura superior (3) entre las cuales también se proporciona una abertura de suministro (4) para inserción de materia, en donde una porción de la materia, o denominada "fina", puede escapar con el gas a través de la abertura superior (3) debido a la capacidad de portación de dicho flujo ascendente (Fa), mientras que otra porción de la materia más gruesa no es llevada por dicho gas y cae en la abertura inferior (2); de acuerdo con la invención, el aparato (30) también tiene medios (5) para crear turbulencias, lo cual favorece la separación de los diferentes tamaños de grano y la suspensión de materia, y son proporcionados en la pared interna de dicho tubo de gas (1) y están ubicados entre la abertura inferior (2) y la abertura de suministro (4) de dicho tubo (1).
