Abstract
Un dispositivo (1) de acondicionamiento para el flujo de aire de alimentación de una cámara (2) de secado de una línea de esmaltado comprende un conducto (8) de aire externo y, conectado con él, un conducto (10) de aire de alimentación, a través de los cuales es posible dirigir un flujo de aire externo o de aire de alimentación al interior de la cámara (2) de secado; un conducto (13) de aire evacuado y, conectado con él, un conducto (14) de aire saliente a través de los cuales es posible descargar un flujo de aire evacuado fuera de la cámara (2) de secado o fuera de un conducto de aire saliente al entorno; un dispositivo (4) de absorción o adsorción que se dispone en el conducto (14) de aire saliente y en el conducto (10) de aire de alimentación, y en el cual el flujo de aire de alimentación se puede deshumedecer y calentar a un contenido de humedad predeterminado mediante el flujo de aire saliente; un dispositivo (6) de recuperación térmica que se dispone en el conducto (14) de aire saliente corriente arriba del dispositivo (4) de absorción y adsorción y que se dispone en el conducto (10) de aire de alimentación corriente abajo del dispositivo de absorción y adsorción, y en el cual e flujo de aire de alimentación deshumedecido y calentado en el dispositivo (4) de absorción y adsorción se puede enfriar mediante el flujo de aire saliente que sale de la cámara (2) de secado; un post- enfriador (7) que se dispone en el conducto (10) de aire de alimentación corriente abajo del dispositivo (6) de recuperación térmica, y en el cual el flujo de aire de alimentación que es pre-enfriado en el dispositivo (6) de recuperación térmica se puede enfriar a una temperatura que se requiere a la entrada de la cámara (2) de secado; y un post-calentador (5) que se dispone en el conducto (14) de aire saliente corriente abajo del dispositivo (6) de recuperación térmica y corriente arriba del dispositivo (4) de absorción y adsorción, y en el cual el flujo de aire saliente se puede calentar a una temperatura adecuada para la regeneración del dispositivo (4) de absorción y adsorción. Para reducir el uso de energía para la operación del dispositivo (1) de acondicionamiento se sugiere que del conducto (13) de aire evacuado que emerge de la cámara (2) de secado se derive un conducto (11) de aire circulante en un primer punto (12) de ramificación; y que mediante este conducto de aire circulante una porción del flujo de aire evacuado que sale de la cámara (2) de secado se pueda reunir como flujo de aire circulante con el flujo de aire externo en un segundo punto (9) de ramificación, y luego se puede dirigir a través del conducto (10) de aire de alimentación como flujo de aire de alimentación al interior de la cámara (2) de secado; y que en el conducto (8) de aire externo se disponga corriente arriba del segundo punto (9) de ramificación un pre-enfriador (3) mediante el cual se puede enfriar y deshumedecer el flujo de aire externo.
