Abstract

La invención se refiere a una cubierta (1) para un elemento de visualización o control que incluye un cuerpo de cubierta (2) para cubrir una fuente luminosa eventualmente para accionar un interruptor de un correspondiente elemento de control, en el cuerpo de cubierta (2) se encuentran superficies de iluminación o proyección conformadas de tal manera que por medio de radiación mediante una fuente luminosa se hace visible para un usuario del elemento de control, un símbolo (5) representado sobre o a través de la superficie de iluminación y proyección. La cubierta (1) está caracterizada porque la superficie de iluminación y proyección presenta una capa metálica (4) translúcida aplicada preferentemente por medio de un proceso PVD. La invención además se refiere a un proceso de producción correspondiente, un elemento de visualización o control con la cubierta antes descrita así como su uso.
