Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento mejorado para la producción de levadura, en especial de levadura de panadería, en el cual la levadura se pone en contacto la levadura con un agente auxiliar del procesamiento natural o derivado de una sustancia natural, en una cantidad suficiente para inhibir o cuando menos reducir la actividad de los microorganismos en el caso de la producción técnica de levadura base y/o levadura transportable en cantidades suficientes. Ventajosamente el agente auxiliar del procesamiento natural o derivado de una sustancia natural, se selecciona de cuando menos un miembro del grupo que incluye al ácido de lúpulo, colofonia y ácido mirístico o sus derivados.
