Abstract
La invención describe un procedimiento para obtener una tripa con marcas y un producto cárnico con marcas. Dicho procedimiento parte de una tripa a modo de envoltorio tubular plisado sobre el que se impregna una composición coloreante en al menos un sector de su superficie para obtener una tripa con marcas, que opcionalmente se transfieren al producto cárnico embutido en dicha tripa.
