Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una composición de mezclas basadas en un polímero de poli(hidroxibutirato) y aceites vegetales, con el objeto de preparar un poliéster de poliol degradable; en el procedimiento, el poli(hidroxibutirato) más el aceite vegetal reaccionan bajo calentamiento, produciendo el poliéster de poliol, que una vez purificado puede utilizarse en aplicaciones similares a aquéllas de poliuretano tradicional: adhesivos, espumas, elastómeros y pinturas.
