Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a una composicion farmaceuticamente aceptable y un metodo para entrar a un nucleo de celula utiliza un polipeptido que entra a un nucleo celular que incluye cuando menos una de las secuencias de aminoacidos LKKTET, la secuencia de aminoacidos LKKTNT o la secuencia de aminoacidos KSKLKK, o una variante conservativa de esta, unida a un agente fisiologicamente activo que tiene cuando menos una aplicacion de diagnostico o terapeutica en el nucleo de la celula.
