Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere al proceso para reducir el tamano de particula de los polisacaridos como cristales. El proceso eficientemente reduce el tamano de particula del polisacarido como cristal seleccionado del grupo que consiste de polisacaridos como cristales que tienen un contenido de humedad de 0% a aproximadamente 13% y los polisacaridos como cristales en estado vitreo. El proceso comprende el uso de un molino de rodillos que tiene al menos tres pares de rodillos sucesivos.
