Abstract
La presente invencion se relaciona a metodos y constructos para suministrar ARN de doble hebra (ARNds) a organismos nocivos. Mas especificamente, la invencion se relaciona a una molecula de ARN de multidominio que consiste de una secuencia de nucleotido que comprende (i) al menos un aptamero y (ii) al menos una secuencia de nucleotido de interes que forma un ARN de doble hebra, el ARN de doble hebra comprende hebras complementarias templadas, una de las cuales comprende una secuencia de nucleotido que es complementaria a al menos parte de una secuencia de nucleotido objeto nociva. La invencion ademas se relaciona a acidos nucleicos que codifican a las moleculas ARN de multidominio y a varios usos de moleculas de ARN de multidominio en la agricultura.
