Abstract
La invencion se relaciona con un proceso continuo parar producir dioxido de cloro que comprende los pasos de continuamente: a) alimentar a un reactor (1) un acido, peroxido de hidrogeno y clorato de metal alcalino; b) hacer reaccionar el clorato de metal alcalino con el acido y el peroxido de hidrogeno para formar una corriente de producto 82) que contiene dioxido de cloro, oxigeno y sal de metal alcalino del acido, c)llevar la corriente de producto del reactor a un eductor (3) y mezclarla con agua motriz alimentada al eductor, y formar de esta manera una corriente de producto diluido; d) remover el oxigeno de la corriente de producto diluido; e) retirar parte de la corriente (9) de producto diluido, antes, durante o despues del paso de remover oxigeno; f) anadir agua (11) a la parte no retirada de la corriente de producto diluido para formar una corriente (12) de reciclado; y g) llevar la corriente (12) de reciclado al eductor y alimentarla al mismo como agua motriz (4). La invencion se relaciona ademas con una unidad de produccion para la produccion de una solucion acuosa que comprende dioxido de cloro.
