Abstract
Se describe un sistema que comprende un procesador (2750, 2725) adaptado para determinar un perfil de una superficie en respuesta a un barrido de la superficie. El procesador esta adaptado para identificar un perfil predeterminado a partir de una pluralidad de perfiles predeterminados, los perfiles predeterminados identificados a los perfiles de la superficie. El perfil predeterminado esta adaptado para determinar un procedimiento de excavacion tomando como base el perfil predeterminado identificado. El procesador esta adaptado para ejecutar una rutina de optimizacion y determinar un segundo procedimiento de excavacion. Al comparar el primer procedimiento con el segundo procedimiento, el procesador provee el procedimiento de excavacion preferido para la pala mecanica para mina (1100, 1200, 1300).
