Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un sistema para controlar la selección del margen de acción de engranajes en una transmisión de tipo compuesto que incluye un engranaje con límites de acción mismo que tiene una posición con margen de acción baja y una posición con margen de acción alta y un engranaje partidor o divisor el cual tiene una posición bifurcadora de activación y una posición bifurcadora de desactivación, el sistema comprende: un cilindro de margen de acción que tiene un barreno con un pistón de margen de acción el cual es posicionable en una dirección axial y define en una forma sellante una cámara de margen de acción baja y una cámara de acción alta; una palanca de cambios conectada de margen de acción y extendiéndose desde el cilindro de margen de acción con el objeto de facilitar el posicionamiento del engranaje con límites de acción; dispositivo para presurizar selectivamente dicha cámara de margen de acción baja y alta para respectivamente efectuar el posicionamiento del pistón de margen de acción y llevar a cabo posicionamiento del engranaje con límite de acción en la posición de acción baja y alta; un cilindro partidor o divisor que tiene un barreno con un pistón partidor o divisor colocable axialmente, definiendo en forma sellante una cámara divisora accionada y una cámara divisora fuera de su posición de accionamiento; un vástago que se encuentra en conexión con el mencionado pistón divisor y extendiéndose a partir del cilindro divisor para facilitar el correcto posicionamiento del engranaje divisor en sus respectivas posiciones de divisor en accionamiento y de divisor fuera de accionamiento; disposit vos para presurizar la cámara divisora en posición de accionamiento y la cámara divisora en posición de desactivamiento para definir una posición inicial para el pistón divisor en la cual el engranaje divisor de encuentra en su posición de desactivamiento; y un dispositivo para conectar en una foma selectiva la cámara de margen de acción baja y la forma selectiva la cámara de margen de acción baja y la cámara divisora en posición de desactivamiento para lograr llevar a cabo una ventilación de carácter selectivo de la cámara divisora en su posición de desactivamiento y para ocasionar de igual manera que el pistón divisor se desplace desde su posición inicial hacia una posiciónen la cual el engranaje divisor se encuentra en su posición de activamiento, con lo que se lleva a cabo un entrecierre el cual previene una condición de divisor accionado cuando la cámara de margen de acción baja llega a ser presurizada.
