Abstract

La presente invenciòn se refiere a un ensamble de ajuste para fijarse a un conducto diseñado para el flujo de fluidos a presión a su través, caracterizado porque el ensamble comprende: (a) un cuerpo de ajuste que incluye una base y una porción segmentada asegurada integralmente a la base y que se extiende hacia fuera hacia un extremo distante del cuerpo, (b) un paso para recibir el conducto, formado dentro del cuerpo de ajuste y que se extiende desde la porción base y la porción segmentada y que sale básicamente en ese extremo distante; (c) la porción segmentada comprende una pluralidad de segmentos alargados separados entre sí cada uno asegurado internamente a la base y que se extiende desde ella hacia afuera y que termina un extremo común al extremo distante y dispuesto colectivamente en una relación circundante del paso (d) cada uno de los segmentos comprende una superficie exterior que se extiende a lo largo de su longuitud e incluye una primera porción y una segunda porción, la primera no se extiende más de básicamente dos tercios de la longitud de cada segmento desde el extremo libre del mismo hasta la base pero separado de esa base (e) segunda porción de cada segmento que se extiende de la base a lo largo de la longitud de cada segmento hasta la primera porción, (f) un agarre formado por una superficie interna de cada segmento distanciado del extremo libre del mismo estructurado y dispuesto para un acoplamiento de agarre con una superficie exterior de un conducto que se encuentre dentro del paso; (g) aplicadores de fuerza colocables en la porción segmentada que se acopla para transferir una fuerza a la primera poción de cada segmento ocasionando un aplicasión concurrente de una fuerza externa a la pluralidad de los segmentos; (h) la primera porción del agarrador de cada segmento, está cooperativamente dimensionados y estructurados para definir un momento de flexión en cada segmento básicamente alrededor de la porción de agarre y hacia el conducto dentro del cual está el paso, por la aplicación de una fuerza externa a la primera porción, y (i) el cuerpo de ajuste comprende una posición de agarre definida por los agarres de cada segmento y el extremo libre del mismo forzados concurrentemente en acoplamiento con una superficie exterior del conducto dentro del paso al aplicarse la fuerza externa.
