Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a aparato para cargar un cassette que contiene un medio de registro, comprendiendo el aparato un compartimiento de cassette que consiste de un sujetador de cassette externo soportado a pivote por un bastidor del aparato, y un sujetador de cassette interno que puede deslizarse con relación al sujetador de cassette externo, y un chasis que es capaz de deslizarse con relación al bastidor y sobre el cual está montado a pivote el sujetador de cassette interno; en donde la abertura del compartimiento del cassette involucra dos etapas, en la primera de las cuales el chasis se desliza con relación al bastidor, transportando con éste el sujetador de cassette interno que se desliza dentro del alojamiento de cassette externo hasta que los fulcros de pivote de los sujetadores de cassette interno y externo queden prácticamente coincidentes, y en la segunda de las cuales los sujetadores de cassette interno y externo se pivotan juntos alrededor de sus fulcros de pivote para hacer saltar el compartimiento de cassette en una posición abierta en la cual puede cargarse o descargarse un cassette.
