Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un cable de fibras ópticas que comprende: - un único tubo intermedio hueco con al menos una fibra óptica dentro del mismo; - fibras tejidas resistentes radialmente trenzadas de manera contra-helicoidal aplicadas sobre dicho tubo intermedio; - un compuesto de relleno estanco el agua que impregna dichas fibras tejidas resistentes radialmente; - una cubierta de plástico que rodea dicho tubo intermedio y dichas fibras tejidas resistentes radialmente impregnadas del compuesto de relleno, y - dos elementos resistentes colocados longitudinalmente cerca de la superficie interna de dicha cubierta, a aproximadamente 180 grados uno respecto del otro.
