Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a procedimiento para la obtención de cloro de vinilo por desdoblamiento termico de cloruro de hidrógeno a partir de 1,2-dicloroetano en un horno de desdoblamiento, en el cual se calienta indirectamente 1,2-dicloroetano líquido con el gas caliente que contiene cloruro de vinilo que abandona el horno de desdoblamiento, se lo vaporiza y se introduce el 1,2-dicloroetano gaseiforme en el horno de desdoblamiento, caracterizado por el hecho de que el 1,2-dicloroetano se calienta hasta ebullición en un primer contenedor con el gas que contiene cloruro de vinilo, y de allí se transfiere a un segundo contenedor, en el cual sin ulterior calentamiento es vaporizadoparcialmente bajo presión más reducida que en el primer contenedor, alimentando el 1,2-dicloroetano vaporizado en el horno de desdoblamiento y reciclando el 1,2-dicloroetano no vaporizado al primer contenedor. Dispositivo para la realización del procedimiento según una o más de las reivindicaciones 1 hasta 13, consistente en dos contenedores cilíndricos cerrados, cuya relación de longitud a diámetro asciende a 2 hasta 8, que están unidos entre sí por tubos y de los cuales un contenedor contiene un serpentín de tubo, caracterizado por el hecho de que ambos contenedores están dispuestos en una distancia ampliamente paralela entre sí con ejes cilindricos horizontales o ligeramente inclinados hacia la horizontal, el contenedor inferior contiene el serpentín de tubo, de la parte superior del contenedor inferior sale al menos un tubo ascendente en el contenedor superior y allí termina abierto en la mitad superior, de la parte inferior del contenedo r superior a la parte inferior del contenedor inferior sale al menos un tubo de unión, el contenedor inferior en la parte inferior y el contenedor superior en la parte superior contienen cada uno una abertura y el contenedor superior presenta una medición de nivel de líquido así como al menos otraabertura, de la cual sale un tubo en la parte inferior de este contenedor.
