Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a elevador vibratorio en espiral mejorado, para transportar productos desde un nivel hasta un nivel superior, caracterizado porque comprende en combinación una base soportada elásticamente sonte una superficie, un tubo central colocado verticalmente, unido sobre la base, una pista en espiral montada sobre dicha base circundando al tubo y extendiéndose desde una entrada en un extremo hasta una salida en el otro extremo, un excitador, medios para soportar elásticamente al excitador sobre la base, dichos medios para soportar al excitador comprenden una pluralidad de resortes, cada uno extendiéndose angularmente entre y conectados a la base y al excitador, medios de brazo oscilante extendiéndose angularmente entre y conectándose pivotalmente a la base y al excitador, dicho excitador teniendo asociado con él un par de flechas paralelas montadas sobre éste con cojinetes, medios generadores de vibraciones montados en cada extremo de cada flecha, y un par de motores acoplados al excitador con un motor conduciendo a una flecha independiente del otro motor conduciendo a la otra flecha, con lo que durante su operación, las flechas y los medios generadores de vibraciones alcanzan un estado inercialmente sincronizado y las fuerzas vibratorias de dicho excitador son transmitidas a través de los resortes hacia la base y hacia el elevador en espiral, mientras que son aislados de la superficie de soporte.The present invention refers to an improved spiral vibratory elevator, for transporting products from one level to a higher level, characterized in that it comprises in combination a base supported elastically on a surface, a central tube placed vertically, joined on the base, a track in spiral mounted on said base surrounding the tube and extending from an inlet at one end to an outlet at the other end, an exciter, means for elastically supporting the exciter on the base, said means for supporting the exciter comprise a plurality of springs, each one extending angularly between and connected to the base and the exciter, swing arm means extending angularly between and pivotally connecting to the base and the exciter, said exciter having associated with it a pair of parallel arrows mounted on it with bearings, generating means of vibrations mounted at each end of each arrow, and a pair of motors coupled to the exciter with one motor leading to an independent arrow from the other motor leading to the other arrow, whereby during their operation the arrows and the vibration generating means reach an inertially synchronized state and the vibratory forces of said exciter they are transmitted through the springs to the base and to the spiral elevator, while being isolated from the support surface.
