Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un conjunto de eje conductor de dos velocidades que comprende una envuelta de soporte, un piñón de entrada del eje, un par de semiejes, un conjunto de engranaje anular en relación de engrane por dientes con dicho piñón de entrada y sostenido por dicha envuelta, engranajes laterales diferenciales separados, fijados a sendos semiejes arriba mencionados, un conjunto portador del diferencial, giratoriamente armado sobre dicho conjunto portador y en relación de engrane por dientes con dichos engranajes laterales diferenciales, piñones planetarios espaciados, giratoriamente armados sobre dicho conjunto portador, un conjunto de engranajes en forma de corona giratoriamente fijado a dicho conjunto de engranajes anulares y en relación de engrane por dientes con dichos piñones planetarios, un engranaje de embrague deslizable provisto de dientes de engrane planetarios fijos al mismo y en relación de engrane constante con dichos piñones y con un primer juego de dientes de embrague engranables con los dientes de embrague de baja velocidad llevados por un elemento de embrague de baja velocidad, giratoriamente fijado a dicha envuelta, y un segundo juego de dientes de embrague engranables con los dientes de embrague de alta velocidad llevados por un elemento de embrague de alta velocidad, giratoriamente fijado a dicho portador de diferencial, y medios de cambio para mover axialmente dicho engranaje de embrague deslizable a una posición de baja velocidad, en la cual dicho primer juego de dientes de embrague engrana con dichos dientes de embrague de baja velocidad y dicho segundo juego de dientes de embraue está soltado de dichos dientes de embrague de alta velocidad, o a una posición de alta velocidad, en la cual dicho primer juego de dientes de embrague está soltado de dichos dientes de embrague de baja velocidad y dicho segundo juego de dientes de embrague engrana con dichos dientes de embrague de alta velocidad, dicho conjunto caracterizado porque el huelgo entre los dientes de embrague de los elementos de embrague de baja velocidad es de uno y seis décimas a dos veces mayor que el huelgo de aproximadamente 0.030 pulg.
