Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a método para producir un guante de trabajo a partir de una pluralidad de revestimientos que se han formado previamente sobre formas o moldes de guante, caracterizado porque consiste en las etapas de: (a) sumergir en una primera etapa de inmersión la pluralidad de revestimientos formados sobre los moldes, en una inmersión de adhesivo; (b) indizar, invertir o voltear la pluralidad de moldes de la etapa de inmersión hacia arriba; (c) aplicar en una segunda etapa de aplicación a las superficies de los revestimientos, una cantidad de fibras seleccionadas en la primera etapa de selección de fibras celulósicas y no celulósicas; (d) expulsar el exceso de fibras aplicadas a los moldes en la segunda etapa de aplicación; (e) aplicar, en una tercera etapa de aplicación, temperaturas elevadas a la pluralidad de moldes de la segunda etapa de aplicación, durante un período de tiempo suficiente para secar la pluralidad de guantes formados parcialmente sobre los mismos; y (f) aplicar, en una cuarta etapa de aplicación, temperaturas elevadas superiores a las de la tercera etapa de aplicación, a la pluralidad de moldes de la etapa de secado, durante un tiempo suficiente para curar la pluralidad de guantes formados parcialmente sobre la pluralidad de moldes.
