Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un metodo para purificar y separar un alto polímero desde una solución que comprende este alto polímero, por la mezcla de la solución de alto polímero con un solvente, el cual no disuelve el alto polímero, pero que es miscible con un solvente comprendido en la solución de alto polímero, para precipitar este alto polímero en la solución que lo contiene, caracterizado porque la solución de alto polímero y el solvente se alimenta continuamente en un tanque agitador y mezclador, el cual tiene dos elementos agitadores, superior e inferior, este elemento agitador inferior tiene aletas que se inclinan hacia abajo, con los elementos rotatorios y agitadores, entre los dos elementos aditadores a traves de un tubo de carga, que consta de un doble tubo en el cual la solución de alto polímero se alimenta a traves del tubo interno y el solvente se alimenta a traves del tubo externo, para precipitar y triturar simultáneamente el alto polímero en masas pequeñas, y luego separar el alto polímero de la mezcla de los dos solventes.
