Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para purificar y solubilizar una proteína que es producida como un cuerpo de inclusión insoluble, impuro, en un microorganismo transformante, caracterizado porque comprende: a) extraer el cuerpo de inclusión a una solución regulada de dodecilsulfato de odio para solubilizar la proteína; b) tratar la solución de dodecilsulfato de sodio y proteína con urea; c) eliminar el dodecilsulfato de sodio y purificar la proteína cromatografiando la solución obtenida en el paso (b) en una columna de cambio de aniones; y d) dializar la solución obtenida de la columna de cambio de aniones, eliminando así la urea y permitiendo que se vulva a doblar la proteína a su conformación nativa.
