Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una almohadilla catamenial alargada o para ligera incontenencia curveada a la forma de el cuerpo teniendo lados relativamente largos y de extremos estrechos para la absorción de las secreciones del cuerpo que comprende un medio de respaldo impermeable al líquido, un miembro interno absorbente inferior de depósito, un miembro del lado al cuerpo permeable al líquido y una capa de absorbente de refuerzo debajo del miembro del lado al cuerpo, en donde, dicho absorbente de depósito inferior tiene una forma de parte central estrecha, el miembro de respaldo, el miembro del lado al cuerpo y el absrobente de refuerzo se extienden más alá del absorbente de depósito y tienen bordes laterales que forman carteras en las áreas en donde las partes más estrechas del absorbente inferior suave no queda sobre el respaldo, dichas carteras son recogidas por éstos elevando dicha cartera para formar una pared absorbente de depósito, caracterizadas además porque la capa de absorbente de refuerzo tiene una tiesura gurley de entre alrededor de 1000 y alrededor de 1300 mg, y porque el absorbente de refuerzo se extiende hasta el área de pared y cubre dicho elástico.
