Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una composición en emulsión humedecedora de la piel, caracterizada porque comprende por lo menos una fase acuosa que tiene dispersada uniformemente en ella una cantidad efectiva, humedecedora de la piel, de un producto de polimerización de resina, absorbedor de agua, obtenible mediante un procedimiento que comprende polimerizar: A) por lo menos un polisacárido seleccionado de la clase que consiste de almidones y celulosa; B) por lo menos un monómero que tiene una doble ligadura polimerizable, que es soluble en agua o se vuelve soluble en agua por hidrólisis; y C) un agente entrelazador; y si el monómero (B) es uno que se vuelve soluble en agua por hidrólisis, someter posteriormente el producto resultante a hidrólisis.
