Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un ensamble de boquilla de desconexión rápida, que comprende, en combinación, un cuerpo de boquilla, un miembro sellador anular y una punta de boquilla aspersora, caracterizado porque el cuerpo de boquilla tiene medios en uno de sus extremos para conexión con una fuente de flúido de aspersión y una porción de receptáculo en su otro extremo para recibir la punta de aspersión; cada uno del cuerpo de boquilla y la punta de boquilla tienen agujeros internos para el paso de flúido a través del mismo; los agujeros del cuerpo incluyen una porción de cámara agrandada para recibir al miembro sellador anular; el receptáculo tiene una pluralidad de patas parecidas a cuerdas, adyacentes a su extremo corriente abajo; cada pata tiene una porción triangular que se extiende generalmente en sentido radial en su cara corriente arriba, con una superficie de leva inclinada que se extiende hacia afuera desde al menos una de las patas de la porción triangular, hasta la pared exterior de la porción de receptáculo en forma parecida a una cuerda; la punta de boquilla tiene un orificio de aspersión en uno de sus extremos y una porción de base en el otro; la porción de base tiene una pluralidad de hombrones que se extienden generalmente en sentido radial, que tienen una depresión de leva formada en su cara corriente abajo; la depresión de leva tiene una porción de asiento central que corresponde a la porción triangular en la pata de receptáculo, y una superficie de leva inclinada que corresponde a la superficie de leva en la pata de receptáculo; cada hombrón tiene una rampa de acceso, adyacente al receptáculo, para acoplamiento con la pata de receptáculo cuando se inserta la punta de boquilla en el receptáculo y se gira para enlevar la pata de receptáculo dentro de la depresión de hombrón; las superficies de leva cooperantes en las patas de receptáculo y las depresiones de hombrón hacen que la punta de boquilla se mueva axialmente dentro del receptáculo cuando se hace girar la punta y se presiona el extremo corriente arriba de la punta hasta acoplamiento sellador con el extremo corriente abajo del miembro sellador anular.
