Abstract

Mašina izduženog oblika (10) za namotavanje spiralnih cevi od trake (12). Mašinu čini sledeće: kućište (20) sa najmanje tri kružno posta vljena prenosna valjka koji prijanjanju uz unutrašnju površinu cevi koja se namotava; izduženu vodicu trake (40) za osovinsko provlačenje trake kroz mašinu od ulaznog položaja postavljenog pored zadnjeg dela mašine do izlaznog položaja (44) postavljenog po red jednog od tri prenosna valjka; sklop valjaka (24) za stezanje i vođenje trake, postavljen na kraju kućišta pored ulaznog položaja, za provlačenje trake (12) kroz vodicu trake (40) pod pritiskom do izvan valjaka na taj način da sledi spiralnu putanju i  omogući spajanje susednih ivica paralelnih namotaja trake (12); i pogon (26) za pokretanje valjaka za vođenje trake (24), gde se traka (12) u radu neprekidno protiskuje pomoću valjaka za vođenje trake (24) kroz vodice (40) u položaj duž prethodnog naneseno g namotaja čime se oblikuje spiralna cev.An elongated machine (10) for winding spiral tubes of tape (12). The machine comprises the following: a housing (20) with at least three circularly positioned transfer rollers that adhere to the inner surface of the winding tube; an elongated belt guide (40) for axially extending the belt through the machine from an inlet position adjacent to the rear of the machine to an outlet position (44) arranged in a row of one of three transfer rollers; an assembly of rollers (24) for clamping and guiding the belt, positioned at the end of the housing adjacent to the inlet position, for pushing the strip (12) through the guide of the strip (40) under pressure to the outside of the rollers so as to follow a helical path and allow the adjacent edges of parallel windings to be connected strips (12); and a drive (26) for driving the guide rollers (24), wherein the belt (12) is continuously pressed in operation by means of the guide rollers (24) through the guides (40) to a position along the previously applied coil forming a helical tube .
