Abstract

Изобретение относится к строительным материалам, в частности к способам производства строительных отделочных материалов, и может быть использовано для внутренней и наружной отделки всех поверхностей жилых, промышленных и других зданий, а также каминов, печей, потолков, ванных комнат и т.п.Способ производства строительного отделочного материала включает смешивание неорганического связующего и/или вспомогательных средств с кварцевым песком с получением гомогенного материала, формование материала с его одновременным армированием прокладочным материалом, и термообработку. Термообработку осуществляют по всему объему материала с помощью СВЧ-генератора, при частоте 2450 МГц, в течение 20…40 с, при температуре 20…180°С, при одновременном вакуумном испарении воздуха, а также с последующим выдерживанием полученного материала при температуре 25…38°С в течение 20…40 мин.
