Abstract

Invenţia se referă la metodele electrofizice de prelucrare a materialelor şi poate fi utilizată la prelucrarea suprafeţei pieselor din materiale conductoare de curent în scopul modificării proprietăţilor fizice şi mecanice ale suprafeţelor.Esenţa procedeului de aliere prin electrorodare constă în aplicarea impulsurilor de curent în interstiţiul dintre electrod şi piesa prelucrată, totodată pauza între impulsurile de curent se fixează în limitele 25-90% din timpul de cristalizare a metalului topit ca urmare a unei descărcări prin scântei.Rezultatul tehnic constă în prevenirea cristalizării complete a metalului topit în procesul de aliere.
