Abstract

The invention relates to the material electrophysical machining methods and may be used for the electroconducting pieces surface machining as to change the surface mechanical and physical properties.The summary of the electrospark alloying process consists in feeding the current impulses between the electrode and the worked piece, the interval between the current impulses is determined within the limits of 25-90% from the crystalization time of the smelted metal formed as a result of a single spark discharge.The technical result consists in preventing the smelted metal complete crystalization during the alloying process.
