Abstract
Invenţia se referă la procedeele electrofizice de prelucrare a materialelor şi poate fi utilizată la prelucrarea suprafeţelor pieselor din materiale conductoare de curent pentru schimbarea proprietăţilor fizice şi mecanice ale suprafeţelor.Esenţa procedeului de aliere prin electrorodare constă în aceea că impulsurile de curent electric sunt aplicate între electrodul prelucrător şi piesă. Impulsurile principale de curent alternează cu cele suplimentare astfel, încât după fiecare impuls principal de curent urmează de la 1 până la 3 impulsuri suplimentare cu energie de la 30% până la 70% din energia impulsului principal de curent, iar pauza care anticipează fiecare impuls suplimentar constituie de la 2 până la 5 durate ale impulsului precedent de curent.Rezultatul tehnic constă în netezirea prin electrorodare a rugozităţilor suprafeţei prelucrate prin acţiunea asupra acestora cu impulsuri suplimentare de curent.
