Abstract
The invention relates to the structural botany and plant taxonomy and may be used for stoma investigation.The summary of the invention consists in the fact, that the proposed process includes the film-forming preparation, applying thereof on the plant epidermal surface, obtaining and subsequent separation of the film, by that, before applying the film-forming solution the plant is boiled into water during 5 min, and before separating the film, the plant is immersed into cold water for 2-3 min. The proposed film-forming solution comprises expanded polystyrene, rosin, diethyl ether and Sudan III.The technical result consists in the acceleration of the film solidification on the plant epidermal surface.
