The invention relates to the food industry, the canning branch of the industry, the new productions forms. The foodstuff “Nectarin'” is prepared on the basis of vegetable raw materials, e.g. fruit and vegetable puree, in which it is added sugar or fructose and biostimulin (catabolitin), mixed before hand while being dry. The quantity of added biostimulin of 0,1-0,7% depends on every day provided portion of nectarine. The above-mentioned product with its specific aroma and taste, due to a rich composition of amino acid, vitamins, micro and macroelements, lipids, proteins, biologically active substances, may be used for the treatment of some illnesses as well as a medico-prophylactic product.
