The invention relates to food industry, particularly to drinks and juice production. The summary of this invention consist of the foods and pumpkin drinks production with improvement of organoleptic quality of product, having the taste and flavour of apples and almond. For this, in fruits and pumpkin drinks which contain the apple juice, water melon and citric acid, the sugar syrup, is added up as - product a water melon, at further ingredients ratio, mass %:apple juice- 27-32water melon juice -17-22Citric acid -0,2-0,4Sugar syrup - the rest.
