Abstract
The invention relates to the food industry, namely to the production of pulp juices and drinks.The fruit and vegetable pulp juice contains, in mass %: grape juice - 25…30, pumpkin pulp - 15…20, carrot pulp - 12…18, ashberry pulp - 8…15 and sugar syrup in a concentration of 15…18% - 17…40.The result consists in expanding the assortment of pulp juices, increasing the content of vitamins and enriching the final product with magnesium and iodine microelements.
